Hayes Blair

Hayes Blair grew up in the picturesque city of Asheville, North Carolina. His fondest memories are of traveling around the world with his family and experiencing many cultures and cuisines. Frequent visits to unique hotels and restaurants would eventually inspire him to pursue a career in hospitality. His move to Naples, Florida in 2020 was the perfect place to begin his journey and take his career to the next level.

Using his background in advertising from the Savannah College of Art and Design, he works at The Claw Bar at the Bellasera Hotel where he skillfully combines his marketing and design expertise to enhance the restaurant’s outreach and brand presence. With a keen eye for aesthetics, Hayes is dedicated to creating memorable moments for the guests.

When he is not booking events, marketing or designing menus, you will find Hayes in the restaurant or the hotel lobby with a smile on his face, greeting each guest and ready to provide an extraordinary experience.
