Originally from Michigan, Lori has spent the last 30 years leading some of Naples' most well-known restaurants, both locally-owned and corporate. Her professionalism and extensive experience in every possible role within the business makes her an invaluable addition to our management team. Lori enjoys having the opportunity to personally impact each guest's experience and prides herself on special attention to the fine details. In addition, Lori values the experience of our staff as much as that of our guests. Whether coaching them to excel in their knowledge of the industry or in how to provide top-notch service to their guests, leading by example is where Lori finds the most reward.
