Roy Garcia


Chef Roy is an inspiring chef from Immokalee, FL with many years of experience working with our company. Roy graduated from The Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology in Naples in 2009. We are proud to have been his first restaurant employer while he was still in culinary school. In 2013, Roy had the honor of cooking with our culinary team at the revered James Beard House in New York City. Roy has a great passion for culinary arts and a strong commitment to creating the ultimate dining experience for our guests. Roy's positive, can-do attitude is an asset to our kitchen. One of his strengths is educating other employees on our standards and style of cooking. He enjoys using his skills and knowledge to create great soups, sauces, and complete dishes, with brunch being his specialty.
