Sam Newport


Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Sam has over ten years of experience in fine dining. He began working in the food and beverage industry while attending FGCU for biotechnology, and decided to adapt his expertise to the field he had come to love. A sommelier and mixologist, Sam’s previous experience includes Sails and the lead bartender role at Butcher Private. He loves to experiment with new cocktails and is passionate about expanding his knowledge and the knowledge of those around him. Sam spends his free time reading, camping, and playing board games with his wife and friends if he isn’t studying.
